Responsibilities
- Understand and contribute to business requirement’s gathering
- Work to client specifications and design chatbot conversations
- Create and iterate flow chatbot flows and other related documentation to understand the behavior of a complete conversational design
- Ability to work directly with clients and developers
- Keep up with market trends
Core Skills
